Fixing Shutdown Options on Windows 10 Creators Update

Create a new GPO and set the following:

Computer Configuration – Policies – Windows Settings – Security Settings – Local Policies – User Rights Assignment – Policy: Shut down the system

 

Add the user group that should be allowed to shutdown (everyone will apply to all)

 

Add the group policy object to the Computers OU

 

run gpupdate /force on the server and computers.

Restart the computer and the shutdown options will be back.
